Where We Ship

We currently ship physical products (including Real Feel Temp Sticks) to addresses within Canada only. We do not ship to the United States, the European Union, or other international destinations at this time.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and handed to the carrier within 1-3 business days of receiving payment. You will receive an email confirmation when your order ships, and a tracking number when one is available.

Transit Time

After leaving our facility, standard delivery within Canada takes approximately 3-10 business days depending on your province. Remote and northern destinations may take longer.

Shipping Cost

Shipping is currently free on Real Feel Temp Sticks orders within Canada. Pricing for other products and bulk orders may vary and will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery Issues

If your order does not arrive within the expected window, please email [email protected] with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs (when applicable), incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or events outside our control.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received the item, please check with neighbours and your local post office before contacting us. For damaged or defective items, see our Return Policy.
