There really isn’t a “true” easiest position since every spot on the field has its challenges. That said, many players consider right field to be the least demanding in recreational softball and slo-pitch. Fewer balls are typically hit there compared to left field, and it doesn’t require the same constant infield reaction time.
Just remember that every position is important, and even right field can make or break a game when a big hit comes your way.
