This Return Policy applies to physical products purchased through the Slo-Pitch Central shop (slopitchcentral.com/shop), including Real Feel Temp Sticks. Digital downloads, subscription services, and event registrations are governed by separate terms.
Return Window
We accept returns of unused, unopened products within 30 days of the original delivery date. Items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
How to Start a Return
- Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will reply within 2 business days with return instructions and the return address.
- Ship the item back at your own cost using a tracked shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost in transit without tracking.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to the original payment method (via Stripe) within 5 business days. Refunds cover the product price; original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a free replacement. Please include photos of the damage in your initial email.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
- Used, opened, or applied Real Feel Temp Sticks
- Items missing the original packaging
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Service work that has already begun (e.g. glove relacing, bat re-gripping)
Shipping Region
We currently ship and accept returns within Canada only. Orders from outside Canada are not accepted.
